Temporary to Permanent Housing
For people who need a stable place to live while preparing for long-term independence and self-sufficiency.
Income Required
Applicants must be employed or receive a reliable income source — such as disability, Social Security, or government assistance.
Central Florida Locations
Homes are available in Maitland, Orlando, and Eatonville, serving Orange and Seminole Counties.
General Eligibility
A.D.A.R.I. serves a wide range of adults and families. Registered sex offenders are not eligible for the program.

After seeing how difficult it can be for returning citizens, veterans, survivors of domestic violence, and people facing homelessness to secure stable housing, A.D.A.R.I. developed a residential model that combines a welcoming home environment with practical support services.
